Overview
Trevor Torrance is an experienced facilitator and executive coach. He has been working with individuals and corporations across the globe for more than 20 years.
Trevor career commenced at 16 when he became a professional athlete playing basketball, transferring much of what he learnt and developed into the corporate environment. Trevor works with individuals at all levels of an organisation, primarily those in leadership positions and corporations worldwide, helping them achieve their business and personal goals through coaching and facilitation of development programs. Having worked in local, regional and global roles across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Trevor has a depth of cross-cultural experience that he brings to every relationship.
Trevor has a relaxed, authentic, intuitive, and experiential style of coaching, which flexes to suit the needs and communication preferences of his clients. Trevor focuses on building emotional intelligence, gaining clarity on purpose, meaning and value, enhancing resilience and courage, Trevor works with senior and high potential executives to help them find their authentic leadership style and succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Trevor’s particular interest is in psychological safety, diversity and inclusion and well-being at the individual and organisational level, using neuroscience to support individuals to sustain optimal human performance. He helps his clients connect to unconscious biases and triggers, beliefs that may be self-limiting, strengthening their self-awareness to deliver a more positive impact for those they work with and the businesses they lead.
