With a knack for finding clarity in disruptive environments and building high-performing teams from the ground up, Nicola has a proven track record of instilling strategically aligned structure and process in start-up and scale-up environments.
Nicola has a passion for adventure and exploration, loving travel and camping with her family and friends. She has a deep connection to the ocean and coast, having grown up in Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. On a hot summer's day it’s more than likely you will find her diving, snorkeling or body surfing and soaking up the sun.
