She loves a challenge and have worked on complex projects that have had a positive impact on businesses, their people and their customers.

Michelle’s qualifications in and practical experience with coaching individuals and teams, along with my innovative thinking helps others see a different perspective, explore the implications, options and choices to help them achieve personal, professional and organisational goals.
At an organisational level Michelle has worked closely with senior leaders across functions, HR teams and other key stakeholders to implement business solutions to bring about change. Her clients value her ability to “hit the ground running” and to be able to work in both a strategic and hands-on capacity to get work done. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and culture development, change management and organisational performance in a range of industries and sectors, Michelle has an extensive “kit bag” to draw from to tackle any challenge.
