His diverse client base including, financial services, NHS, Aviation, FIFA ,Engineering infrastructure and adult care means he brings breadth of insights in his approach.
Developing individuals and teams globally for over 20 years has resulted in Don having great pride in watching leaders grow in confidence, capability, and commitment, becoming more self-aware and recognising the imprint their leadership has on others.
He is a high experienced leadership consultant responsible for designing global programmes aimed at growing leaders at all levels, from supporting shaping organisational change to developing and nurturing the talent for tomorrow.
At his core, Don believes we all love to learn, its about helping learn in the best way for them being supportive and challenging at the same time.
