Overview

Catherine is a seasoned business professional entrusted by some of Australia’s top companies to lead the organisational change on large and complex initiatives including major systems implementation (ERP), restructuring, separation and post M&A, process improvement and transformation, market sensitive and regulatory change. 

Catherine has a passion for helping people and her approach focuses on understanding the needs and challenges of people and organisations impacted by change.  Her respect and empathy for people underpins the success of change initiatives.  She believes organisations can achieve sustainable competitive advantage by building change execution capability, preparing leaders to lead change and enabling teams to receive change.

Catherine has special interest in strategic frameworks and has developed the iPET (integrated Project Execution Toolkit) and OCCAM (Organisational Change Capability Acceleration Model).
