A deep listener and rigorous thought partner, Neha creates reflective space for leaders to examine assumptions, clarify priorities, and act with greater coherence and authority. Her coaching integrates psychological insight with operational realities, making it practical and immediately relevant in complex organizational contexts.

With over a decade of coaching experience and nearly two decades in corporate leadership roles with DuPont, Cisco, GE Capital and Axiom, Neha brings systemic insight and practical business acumen to her work. She has coached leaders across 15+ countries in the US, EU, and Asia, across Manufacturing, Automotive, Aviation, Chemicals, IT/ITES, FMCG, Pharma, Legal, Retail, Government and International / Development sectors.

She has been selected as Global Employment Advisor with the U.S. Department of State. In this role since 2020, she supports US diplomatic families across 20+ countries in navigating career and cultural transitions.

Neha shares insights on leadership and executive effectiveness with a wide professional readership and has written for Harvard Business Review. Her commentary on empathetic leadership in complex organizations contexts has been featured in Business Today.

 

 



In her free time, Neha practices yoga, enjoys travel, and hosts a national and international chart-topping storytelling podcast Panno Ke Jharokhe, bringing world literature to a Hindi-speaking audience.
