Overview
Tara has 15 years’ corporate experience delivering transformation and growth within the fast, highly competitive, customer centric media industry both in Australia and the UK. She was a founding member of Foxtel’s corporate project office, where she headed a portfolio of business critical, complex change initiatives. Tara’s business experience, recent consulting and coaching work, and background in behavioural Psychology has given her a solid understanding of corporate workplace challenges - this enables her to approach her engagements holistically and ensure her clients are empowered to generate tangible, sustainable behavior change to realise their goals. She specialises in coaching executives during times of personal and organisational transformation, often supporting them to significantly progress their executive development, quickly transition into more demanding roles and/or take the next step in their career.
