Overview:

Committed to professional change and capability as disciplines for growth Scott brings three decades of experience working onshore as well as across much of Asia Pacific with local and multinational organisations.

As a senior manager leading organisation wide capability functions in finance, recruitment and telecommunications Scott has developed strategic and behavioural change initiatives, capability rollouts, as well as organisational restructures and talent pool management approaches, for populations ranging from a few hundred to more than twenty thousand.

Scott brings an understanding of the end-to-end process of personal and organisational development. Drawing on his own professional experiences and utilising tools drawn from behavioural economics, human centred design, and systems thinking he builds outcomes that are robust and sustainable in the face of continuous change.
