Her strengths lie in her ability to cut through complexity and identify key levers for change.

Sallie’s experience spans private and public sector organisations working across a diverse range of industries including, professional services, banking and finance, healthcare, management consulting, aviation, technology, IT solutions, FMCG and telecommunications. She has worked with executives and their teams in contexts including, leading transformational change, Merger & Aquisition, building a high-performance culture, influencing within a matrix, building and developing talent, employee engagement and transition to leadership roles.
