PHILIP LEVINSON

Overview

Philip has held several senior leadership roles across the Asia Pacific, including five years as CEO of two Singapore Stock Exchange listed entities. He has used lessons learnt from a successful business career combined with over 20 years of naval service to refine his leadership skills and ensure that they are practical, appropriate to today’s business environment and easily communicated. 

In 2021, Philip wrote "Three Peaks Leadership - How to make it as a CEO and beyond" a practical guide to obtaining leadership roles, executing on them successfully and departing with grace. He is also the presenter of a podcast series of the same name. One of Philip’s key motivations is guiding leaders, both aspirational and those in their roles, to ensure that they achieve or exceed their goals.

 Passionate about "giving back", Philip sits on the Advisory Board of HOPE Housing, a for-purpose entity created to assist Australian Essential Services workers take their rightful place on the home ownership ladder.

 Philip serves as a Board member and CEO mentor to clients across the globe, assisting in the formulation and execution of strategic plans whilst ensuring that the leaders of the business maximise their effectiveness. A Founding Director of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), he is a regular presenter at real estate conferences around the world and a commentator on REITs in Business media.
