Marina is an Executive Coach and registered Psychologist with over 18 years delivering leadership development solutions for organizations, executives, and their teams. Marina has gained her experience working in coaching and consulting roles in government, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked across a diverse range of industries, including professional services, healthcare, banking and finance, infrastructure, education, technology and construction.

She specializes in creating transformational change, designing and delivering tailored solutions in response to specific challenges and goals.  Marina is holistic in her approach, applying a range of evidence-based practices to help clients gain new insights and capability. She is known for her ability to deeply listen to clients, challenge and explore issues to help them build self-awareness and perspective.
