Overview

Lucy works internationally as a communication specialist and executive coach. She works privately and is an associate coach at one of the top Business Schools in the UK. She is passionate about creating the right space for people to let the barriers down and overcome their challenges. She is skilled at unravelling competing thoughts and ideas and creating clarity and a pathway through, Lucy’s high empathy helps to keep the tone in the room warm and accepting, even when dealing with thorny issues. Lucy believes her clients can reach their goals, even when they doubt themselves and keeps them accountable.

Lucy’s experience includes a full and successful corporate career in IT, winning and growing business with a top 5 bank and overseeing the installation of IT integration solutions. She went on to champion the internet in the early 2000’s. As commercial manager, she was responsible for delivering some of the first secure, fully integrated online payments over the internet. This required tenacious and careful negotiations with banks and EPOS companies.

A coach since 2002, Lucy specialises in working with high intellect sectors such as banking, engineering, pharmaceutical, law, communications and IT. In 2014, Lucy self-published a business book about the subtle art of engagement – People Aren’t Widgets.
