Overview

Louise brings to her coaching 25 years of operational and strategic experience in executive and management consulting roles specializing in complex organizational change and innovation. She has worked in professional services, financial services, research and development - in the public and private sectors. Louise is a Psychologist and an accredited development Centre Assessor with Melbourne Business School. She is known for her ability to intellectually challenge clients, to quickly identify core issues and ask challenging and insightful questions bringing about transformational changes.
