Overview
Kieran Plasto is best described as a ‘people professional’.
Kieran draws from over thirty years in Psychology including fourteen years in Senior Leadership roles in Human Resources and Safety in global mining resource and heavy industry sectors and twelve years as a Criminal Investigator and Police Negotiator with the Queensland Police Service. Kieran has worked across Australia, Africa and South America.
Kieran brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and storytelling to the leaders he coaches and the teams he works with.
Kieran understands people and the roles they fill, whether its executive leadership, frontline leadership or as a team contributor.
With an innate ability to read people, uncover motivations and breakdown barriers, Kieran equips frontline leaders and executives with the tools needed to build resilient, agile teams as well as the leadership attributes and skills they need to deliver enhanced business results through improved people performance.
