John assists clients to develop their leadership skills, balancing the needs of both people and task management. John draws from over 16 years in senior leadership roles across a number of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and telecoms, all with global responsibilities. John trained with the Institute of Executive Coaching, holds an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer. John has an efficient and pragmatic approach to coaching and gets results quickly in a number of areas including: the leadership of strategy execution, delivering through teams, project management, managing conflict and engaging and influencing stakeholders.
