HELEN PRIESTLEY

Overview

Helen partners organisations in developing their people capability through the design and delivery of leadership, skills development and OD initiatives and through working with senior teams and individuals as a coach.  She brings a wealth of pragmatic experience from a successful track record in marketing strategy and line management at Bupa, the Royal Horticultural Society and Santander, latterly as a director. 

She has deep experience of improvement and change from concept to roll-out, partnering organisation's internal teams, including building coaching academies within organisations for self-sufficiency.  Her track record spans plc, private and not-for-profit across multiple sectors including financial services, banking, professional services, telecommunications and FMCG. 

She is an experienced executive and team coach with ICF PCC accreditation, a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, team coaching accreditations and an MBA.   She is most valued when realism and action is needed to bring about change and she role-models how to bring challenge whilst building relationships for the long-term.  

Outside work she keeps well with the help of horses, dogs and chickens, all sharing her space at home!
