Overview

An accomplished Coach and Leadership Consultant, Fiona holds a Masters of Coaching Psychology. Through her 20-year career as a Senior HR Executive, working both in Australia and internationally, Fiona has developed a unique understanding of the demands on senior professionals and emerging leaders. Her coaching taps into this lived experience, providing a framework to help her clients achieve a sense of meaning and fulfilment in each facet of their lives. She has experience in designing and delivering coaching and leadership development programs across the globe.

Fiona follows an evidence-based coaching methodology, drawing on her knowledge of behavioural science and psychology to inform her understanding of clients' characteristics and personality traits. This proven approach to coaching enables Fiona to better anticipate the outcome of her clients' actions, enabling the coaching to be more tailored, and therefore more effective.

Fiona is both compassionate and curious, focused on building deep connections with her clients in order to empathise with, and challenge, them throughout their coaching journey.

Fiona is a busy working mother to three daughters and is passionate about reading, running and sustaining balance.
