Overview

With over twenty years in government and private organisations leadership roles, Emma has extensive practice management and executive experience. Working with both individuals and leadership teams, Emma facilitates authentic and values-driven leadership, enhancing engagement by building connection and shared purpose.

Since graduating from her Organisational Psychology Masters, Emma has led significant strategic learning and development projects, organisational change initiatives and is highly skilled in team coaching and group facilitation.

As a coach, Emma’s approach is collaborative, values and strengths-driven, engaging clients in the creation of goals, based on self-awareness, clarity of vision and strategies to combat any identified barriers. In addition, Emma is able to utilize her clinical and therapeutic experience to support her clients with issues such as stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that can impact their workplace efficiency, engagement and experience of success and mastery.

Emma is passionate about supporting people to explore their future and identifying the pathways and options available to successfully achieve their vision and purpose.

  • B.B.Sc (Hons.), Behavioural Science, La Trobe University, Victoria

  • Graduate Certificate in Arts, Public Administration
