OVERVIEW

Deborah delivers a suite of Organisational Development tools and techniques that ensure organisations, teams and individuals stay productive and engage during change or growth. Her diverse client base including, Brewing, Technology, Insurance, Retailing and Private Equity mean she brings breadth of insights to her work, sharing her knowledge and curiosity. Deborah has and MSc in Organisational Development and also trained under the Tavistock (Leicester Conference and Group Relations) in psychodynamic group work. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching, and in currently working towards her MSc in Sustainability Leadership. She is an entrepreneur and regularly speaks at conferences on Women in Leaderhip and has contributed to a variety of literature including “Creating a Culture of Coaching for Managers”.
