Philip has over 40 years of experience in senior
leadership roles across the Asia Pacific, five of which were spent as CEO of two Singapore Stock Exchange listed entities. Philip has advised clients throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA on a variety of
corporate activities. He established Blackstone’s presence in Australia and led the IPO of Cromwell European REIT, a E1bn diversified REIT with assets across five European countries, listed in Singapore –
the first of its kind in Asia.
As founder of Penmount Partners, Philip works closely with CEOs undertaking critical strategic initiatives to ensure that that they remain able to rise above “the noise” and focused on outcomes, whilst he acts as the facilitator to ensure that initiative is successfully
concluded.
Philip serves as a non-executive director at Hope Housing and several other boards. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the author of Three Peaks Leadership. He is also an officer in the Royal Australian Naval Reserve.
