ashleigh hayden

Executive Coach

Overview

Ashleigh Hayden's professional career began in the financial industry, initially in international finance and later as an Accountant supporting small businesses. However, in 2016, she experienced burnout, as a result of relentless deadlines, client commitments, and an unhelpful workplace culture.

This became a pivotal experience inspiring Ashleigh to retrain as an ICF accredited Coach

Ashleigh's coaching provides a judgment-free space for female leaders and founders to prioritise self-awareness, nurture self-belief, and develop resilience. This transformative process profoundly impacts the individual and, on a broader scale, promotes inclusive cultures and leadership models that value economic equity.

Coaching style

Ashleigh's coaching approach blends neuroscience, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and cultural sensitivity. She helps clients cultivate self-awareness, embrace their unique strengths and values, and develop self-compassion. By empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves, Ashleigh enables them to positively influence organisational culture.

Burnout, a pervasive and debilitating experience, often stems from an internal imbalance where the needs of others are prioritised over the wellbeing of self. Ashleigh's coaching is a powerful, proactive, and preventative intervention that aligns clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with what truly matters to them. It equips female leaders and founders to excel in their roles, prioritise self-care, and lead with unwavering confidence.

Ashleigh is driven by core values of accessibility, collaboration, empowerment, integrity, and compassion.

These values collectively enhance the coaching experience for clients, ensuring that it is not just a process but a transformative journey prioritising partnership, personal growth, and ethical conduct. By embodying these values, Ashleigh creates a coaching environment where clients can thrive, find their authentic selves, and achieve their desired outcomes.
