Executive Coach

Overview

Andrea is passionate about helping leaders evolve how they lead, shape organisational cultures, and impact business and communities.For over 15 years she has supported leaders, teams and talent agendas in large, complex organisations across the professional services, banking and telecommunications sectors. She has leadership experience in agile and traditional ways of working and has navigated significant organisational change. Andrea has held roles as Telstra’s Head of Coaching, Executive and Leadership Coach to key Executive talent, and People Leader in the Organisational Development domain. She has lead the Telstra Coaching Panel, partnering with an exceptional global panel of coaches and advising executives, senior leaders and teams on bespoke development solutions.

She has designed and facilitated leadership learning programs including leader as coach, feedback and peer coaching programs, and bespoke coaching capability development for teams of leaders up to C-suite. Andrea has also led the strategy and design for Telstra’s company-wide Executive Succession Planning and created a new suite of Executive development offerings, to support Executive talent readiness. Andrea’s coaching and leadership development philosophy is informed by a successful corporate career, education in psychology and organisational coach training. Her approach is outcome focused and enables leaders to achieve sustainable growth in performance and impact. She works with clients in a holistic way, enabling external shifts in behaviour and performance, also working with inner beliefs, assumptions and values, and consideration of the system clients are operating within. Through calm presence, non-judgement and honest challenge, Andrea builds trusted partnerships and reflective space that helps her clients unlock new insights and potential.
