Overview

Vicki has a background of working in large multinational organisations as well as over 20 years consulting and coaching experience.  She has designed and delivered management, leadership and team development programs for a wide range of companies in Australia and many countries overseas.  Prior to this she held HR executive positions in hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, and accounting organisations.  As a coach, Vicki combines her own extensive leadership experience with her professional qualifications as a Registered Psychologist.  She specializes in coaching managers during personal and organisational change, women, and managers working across cultures.
