Overview

Sue has worked for a range of multinational organisations including, Honeywell and Optus and as Head of Learning and Development at BankersTrust, HSBC and KPMG.  With 20 years of experience as an Executive Consultant, Sue’s work has covered Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Development and Delivery of Leadership Programs and Organisational Development Projects.  She has completed major projects and coaching assignments across a range of organisations in the Finance, Insurance, Professional Services and Telecommunications industries.  Sue has extensive experience in using a range of approaches that bring about performance enhancement for individuals to meet organisational goals.  Having worked across a wide range of industries, Sue has an astute commercial awareness combined with a pragmatic goal focused coaching approach.
