One-on-One Executive Coaching

Peoplemax specialises in one-on-one confidential, executive and leadership coaching.  Often we provide coaching services as part of a broader and ongoing leadership development programme within large and medium-sized organizations but we also consider smaller / individual assignments where we believe we can add value.

Coaching sessions are held regularly - fortnightly to monthly - usually for two hours per session.  Our executive and leadership coaching assignments are generally six months to a year in duration.  Although every assignment is unique and tailored to the individual, the focus may be on one or more of the following areas:

  • Interpersonal communication
  • Work and whole of life balance
  • Building confidence and resilience
  • Preparing for the next role / promotion

Focussed Offerings

A number of Peoplemax coaches have developed a particular interest in a specific coaching-related area over time.  Drawing on the expertise of these individuals, we have developed a handful of offerings that focus on a particular area and which typically takes the form of a full-day or half-day workshop:

In our experience, the best results in these areas are achieved when a workshop is combined with one-on-one executive coaching.  However, depending on the needs of the individuals, we are able to customise the materials and structure of each offering.
