Nicola is a well qualified and experienced executive coach who is passionate about leadership development. Her experience includes coaching assignments which are an integral part of leadership development programmes for high performers and team development.  She has an empowering, transformational style which incorporates solution focused techniques.  Nicola has a solid commercial background based on over 15 years experience working inside large multinational organisations. This powerful mix of the professional and academic enables her to offer coaching from a very ‘real’ hands-on perspective and, as such, she is valued for her industry experience and ability to relate to corporate life.
