Overview
Jenny has over 20 years of experience working in various businesses – as a manager and as an organisational development consultant. Jenny was previously Manager, Psychological Services, for the Chandler Macleod Group where she worked for 10 years. Previous to this she held roles in Corporate, Organisational Development and Human Resources at ANZ Bank. An experienced executive coach and a Registered Psychologist, Jenny has focused on leadership development and coaching across a broad range of industries, where the alignment of individuals' capacities and needs with the organisation's direction and growth is critical.
