Jen has over twenty years’ experience in both the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions and Executive Coaching. Her main focus on leadership development and change management is complemented by extensive knowledge and application of design and learning methodologies. She has designed and facilitated senior leadership programs, led major cultural change initiatives, worked with senior executive teams and designed whole-of-organisation OD initiatives. Jen Sheridan has worked with senior executive teams and individuals across a broad range of industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA.  Jen aims to inspire and develop capability via fun, dynamic and practical learning experiences, building capability and capacity to work cohesively as a team member, and as an individual.
