Overview

Ian’s executive coaching practice is built on more than 25 years’ organisational experience gained across a range of senior line, consulting and organisational development roles.  Ian specialises in leadership and team development at the senior level with a focus on the leadership of self and others.  Ian also coaches intact senior teams.  He has a belief that when senior leaders are engaged in their day to day work with their peers, teams and stakeholders, this is the best place to see them in action, provide immediate feedback and work with them to develop their (and the teams’) capabilities and skills.  Accelerated growth, trust and deep working relationships are the keys to effective leadership in an increasingly complex world.

  • Bachelor of Music, University of Melbourne
  • Certified Executive Coach, Institute of Executive Coaching (IEC, Level 3)
