With a strong background in organisational psychology and leadership development which spans over 10 years across a wide range of industries, Fiona’s focus is on encouraging individuals to gain greater self-awareness and work towards self-directed growth. Adopting a strengths-based approach, she creates a safe and confidential environment to explore options and create manageable goals and better alignment with personal and work values. Fiona has a successful track record working with and coaching senior executive’s partners and managers.  Her specialities include leadership development, self-management, resilience and preparing for a transition.
