Overview
Dave has substantial experience working as a business consultant and strategic conversation facilitator with some of Australia’s largest public and private sector organisations. He has consulted to organisations and coached individuals and teams in a wide range of industries and sectors, including construction, mining, manufacturing, transport, professional services, telecommunications, local and state government, owner-managed businesses, not-for-profits, and social entrepreneurs.
Dave is an experienced designer and facilitator of strategic conversation processes, employee engagement strategies, and co-designed training workshops. Dave has also founded and run a number of his own businesses. His experience as an entrepreneur, as well as his diverse career background, adds a practical depth to his coaching and facilitation.
Dave supports leaders and teams to create alignment between their personal values and organisational values. Dave brings powerful strategic conversation processes to the table to help his clients get clear on what they would like to create and what is going to be needed to achieve that. He is skilled in the creation and implementation of performance assessment tools, and coaching around how to have constructive performance assessment conversations.
Dave coaches leaders to have the necessary uncomfortable conversations in a way that leads to productive outcomes for all parties. He is also skilled at helping his clients cultivate a sense of purpose and a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.
Dave has explored widely and undertaken extensive self-development to hone his ability to serve his clients powerfully.
